Cancellation by Sea Pearl:

If we cancel the tour because of bad weather, natural disaster, road/transport blocked due to political demonstration or any national emergency, or any other unavoidable circumstances, 100% of your deposit will be refunded

Terms & conditions:

Online booking process for Bangladeshi nationals only.
Foreign national’s reservation has to be made through email or call @ reservations@seapearlcruises.com, 0188-655-3333. Additional BDT 7,500/- per person has to be paid for each foreign guest for forest revenue.
Booking will be confirmed only after getting a 100% deposit of the tour.
Booking will be automatically canceled if the tour’s full price is not paid
We’ll also need a copy of the National ID or valid passport of everyone for the forest permit, and the children’s birth certificate as proof of age.
Minimum 30 people are required to run a tour. If there is lack of participants then Sea Pearl management reserved all the rights to cancel the booking and refund 100% of paid amount within 14 working days after the cancellation.
If you want to cancel any confirmed booking, you need to do that by replying to the booking email of the tour. No cancellation will be accepted without a written email. The time of receiving the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.
